On Monday 1st September, 26 children of Materom employees gathered to enjoy the Canopy Summer Party - a joyful event that combined play, creativity, and learning about care for the planet. The celebration was organized as part of the Canopy Drawing Contest - “Draw the Earth as You Imagine It in the Future”, a creative initiative encouraging children to express their vision of a sustainable tomorrow.
The contest celebrated the creativity of its young participants, with prizes that reflected the event’s eco-friendly spirit. David, the winner in the 8-12 years category, traveled over 200 km to join the celebration - and it was worth it, as the green Valeo bicycle proved to be a true highlight of the event.

The Nature’s Celebration Summer Party was more than just fun - it was designed to nurture curiosity, responsibility, and imagination among children. Participants had the chance to:
- Get creative with recycled art and crafts using old magazines, cardboard, and fabric scraps.
- Join eco-friendly cooking workshops, preparing plant-based dishes with locally sourced ingredients and learning how to reduce food waste.
The event underlined the importance of education through experience, helping children connect joy with responsibility for the environment. By combining playful activities with practical lessons, the initiative aimed to inspire the next generation to take small, meaningful steps toward protecting the planet.
