From October 14 to 18 at EQUIP AUTO Paris 2025, Valeo reaffirmed its leadership in the automotive aftermarket with a bold vision supporting distributors and repair professionals as their “Augmented Service Partner”. Combining technological expertise, a strong commitment to sustainability, and a comprehensive service ecosystem, the Group showcased innovations that support distributors and workshops as they navigate a fast-changing sector.
Valeo, a Growth Accelerator for the Aftermarket
As vehicles stay longer on the road and technology becomes more complex, Valeo helps distributors and workshops seize new business opportunities with one of the market’s most comprehensive product portfolios.
At EQUIP AUTO 2025, the Group showcased major expansions in engine management — over 4,000 references, including 1,500 new sensors and injectors by 2026, transmission — the market’s widest FullPack™ dual mass flywheels (DMF) range with more than 60 new references, and braking — a restructured brake pad offer and new remanufactured electronic parking brake (EPB) calipers. Valeo also highlighted breakthroughs in wiper motors, doubling coverage to 50% of the European parc by 2026, and presented Ineez™ smart charging solutions alongside advanced thermal management systems for hybrid and electric vehicles. With these innovations, Valeo positions itself as a true growth accelerator for the aftermarket, giving professionals the tools they need to serve every customer—from aging city cars to the latest EVs.
Driving Sustainability in the Aftermarket
With its unique I Care for the Planet program, Valeo is committed to extending product lifetimes, reducing waste, and cutting carbon emissions. Already remanufacturing 1 million parts per year — with a target of 2 million by 2030 — the Group is expanding into more advanced products such as the new remanufactured dual wet clutch (DWC) for the DQ250 gearbox, winner of the EQUIP AUTO 2025 International Innovations Grand Prix. Valeo also leads the way in transparency, as the first OE supplier to publish Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) for remanufactured parts. Results show up to 64% lower CO2 emissions and 88% fewer raw materials used compared with new products—proof that remanufacturing is a win-win for drivers, distributors, and the planet.
Building an Ecosystem of High-Value Services
At EQUIP AUTO 2025, Valeo unveiled the new version of Tech Assist, its free digital platform already used by over 1.5 million professionals. The upgraded tool now offers a mobile-friendly interface, faster access to technical data, smarter search options, and a full library of tutorials—helping mechanics and distributors identify parts and solve issues more efficiently.
In parallel, the distributor extranet Valeo My Portal, continues to simplify distributors’ daily operations across 69 countries, centralizing orders, stock checks, warranties, and personalized commercial opportunities. Workshops can also count on Valeo Tech Academy, which blends e-learning with unique face to face training, including a simulator capable of reproducing more than 150 real-world failures, ensuring technicians are prepared for challenges such as high-voltage systems and ADAS.
Valeo Marks Major Achievements at EQUIP AUTO 2025
EQUIP AUTO 2025 marked a milestone for Valeo, showcasing its innovation and commitment to the automotive aftermarket’s transformation. The company sealed two major partnerships—one with Mobilians, uniting French expertise to drive progress in circular economy and technological evolution, and another with the Lideo network, launching a dedicated Valeo Tech Academy training program for its 140 expert offices.
Valeo’s achievements were also celebrated with two awards: the Valeo ProLongium Ventilated Clutch, a patented clutch innovation for trucks, designed for operating in extreme conditions such as high temperatures, dust, steep slopes, or the heavy-duty demands of construction and mining operations—and the International Grand Prix for Best Eco-Designed Stand, underlining Valeo’s dedication to responsibility and innovation.
